Successors ask to follow the passion of their followers to get a purpose and success in life. I have helped 100+ students to identify and develop their passion. Truly, if we follow our passion and if we make it the business of living there is a high chance to succeed it unless rare case.

Follow your passion, It will lead you to your purpose.

I have met students very focused on their goals and passion development. Most millennials don’t have an idea where they should start after high school. This article will guide you to develop your passion for success.

How I can identify my “passion”?

  1. Is there something you love to do that can be converted to a career?
  2. What you can do that you don’t feel spending hours, forget to eat, can ignore functions?

I’m yet to think where should I start my career.

  1. Start planning for 5 years from now.
  2. Define a life goal. (1 or many)
  3. Think about how you will survive.
  4. Ask friends what they think about your skills
  5. Look after leaders around you, which role influence you.
  6. Spend some time researching the different fields. Analyze what you should learn, what type of experience you should earn, where you start, and etc.
  7. Find a role model you are willing to be.

ok, I have found a field that is quite interesting.

I learn something not because I have to, but because want to.

Success needs courage, hustle harder yourself to the goal. So, the first thing is you need lots of interest in your field. That is a must.

Step #1: Develop Interest — Intentionally Search, Think, Talk

Our body has practiced present habits or life for a long. To make something interesting to our body and to the brain needs some effort. Look at your field as it is a must to have in your life.

Intentionally search about it all day long. Whenever you met someone talks about the opportunities in your field, ask their opinions. But don’t take others' opinions too seriously unless they provide enough evidence.

The gratest education in the world is watching the masters at work.

Step #2: Intentionally Work For It

Plan for your goal, start studying the field. The body might say let’s do this later. But you should do it as soon as you reach this step. Intentionally participate in events related to yo#4ur field, find and meet superiors.

Step #3: Keep on Focus

Sometime back you will realize what are you doing now, sometimes on the internet, you may search for something related to your field, but now you are on Facebook. Get back to your goal, get back to where you were. Tell to yourself you are developing your passion. Don’t wait until you finish the task you have started.

Step #4: Developing the Passion

Now you are working on a goal, thinking about your field, talking about your field, searching, studying things in your field. Practice this at least 66 days continuously.

Don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you can’t get it wrong.

Practice Makes You Perfect

More and more you practice you will be better at it. When you obsessing your mind with your field and continuously studying, thinking, talking, and working on it, eventually it becomes your passion.
